ICACTE 2026

Hangzhou, China | August 21-23, 2026

The 19th International Conference on Advanced Computer Theory and Engineering (ICACTE 2026) was held in Hangzhou from August 21 to 23, 2026. Nearly one hundred experts, scholars, industry practitioners and young students from numerous countries and regions gathered at the event to exchange academic insights covering fundamental theories, technical methodologies and applied research within the fields of computer theory and engineering.

Co-sponsored by IEEE and Hangzhou Dianzi University, China, hosted by School of Computer, Hangzhou Dianzi University, China, the conference covered a wide spectrum of research tracks including artificial intelligence and machine learning, computer systems and networks, data science and its applications, robot perception and intelligent human-computer interaction, as well as deep learning. A full range of sessions were arranged, consisting of keynote speeches, invited talks, special parallel sessions and online exchange forums.

During the keynote session, three distinguished scholars delivered keynote addresses. Prof. Lizhuang Ma, Vice Dean of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence, Shanghai Jiao Tong University; Prof. Tianrui Li, Dean of the School of Computing and Artificial Intelligence, Southwest Jiaotong University; and Assoc. Prof. Rongjun Ge from Professor Yang Chen's research team at Southeast University shared the latest research advances in generative artificial intelligence, 3D visual intelligence, and intelligent medical imaging respectively. Beyond keynote presentations, the conference featured four invited talks, seven hybrid online-offline parallel sessions and four thematic breakout sessions, enabling in-depth targeted discussions across diverse research branches of computer theory and engineering.
