2012 5th International Conference on
Advanced Computer Theory and Engineering Formatting Each paper is limited to 5 pages normally, and additional pages will be charged. Please follow the Conference format.
This year, as usual, the conference proceeding will be published by ASME Press, which will be included in the ASME Digital Library, and indexed by the Ei Compendex, ISI Proceeding and other major indexing services. Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf, .doc) will be accepted by Electronic Submission System or by Email icacte@vip.163.com. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing. PAPER PAGE LIMIT:
Regular Papers: 5 pages, including all figures, tables,
