General Information

 2010 3rd International Conference on Advanced Computer Theory and Engineering (ICACTE 2010) will be held in Chengdu, Sichuan province, China in August, 2010. The 1st ICACTE has been held in Phuket Island, Thailand in 2008 while the 2nd ICACTE has been held in Cairo, Egypt, in 2009. The upcoming 3rd ICACTE will inherit the advantages of the previous conferences and develop the conference to a higher level.  The theme of the 3rd ICACTE is to discuss the new development of computer theory and engineering, and to promote its new application.  ICACTE 2010 will bring together leading engineers and scientists around the world, so as to present their research results and development activities in Computer Theory and Engineering. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.

 ICACTE 2010 is co-sponsored by Sichuan Computer Federation and Singapore International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology (IACSIT), and technical co-sponsored by IEEE Chengdu Section, College of Computer Science from Sichuan University, School of Computer Science and Engineering from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, School of Information Science and Technology from Southwest Jiaotong University, as well as School of Computer Science and Technology from Southwest University for Nationalities.  The conference will also be supported by China Computer Federation and Sichuan Association for Science and Technology.

The conference proceeding will be published by IEEE, which will be included in the IEEE Xplore, and indexed by the Ei Compendex, ISI Proceeding and other major indexing services.

大会报告日程已经公布，此日程中仅包含要参会做报告的论文题目，不包含成功注册但是因故不能参会的论文。所有成功注册的论文都将被发表，并在会后连同发票一起邮寄给作者。
