ICACTE is the main annual research conference aimed at presenting current research being carried out. The ICACTE 2008 ,2009,2010,2011 and 2012 were held in Phuket Island, Cairo, Chengdu, Dubai and Cape Town respectively, and the currently ICACTE 2013 will be held on 17 to 18 August 2013 in Male, Maldives together with the workshops ICETC 2013 and ICCRC 2013. The idea of the conference is for the scientists, scholars, engineers and students from the Universities all around the world and the industry to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between the Universities and the industry.
ICACTE 2013 is sponsored by International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology,and technical co-sponsored by ASME and many other universities and institutes.

This year, as usual, the conference proceeding will be published by ASME Press, which will be included in the ASME Digital Library, and the publisher will send the proceeding to be reviewed  by the Ei Compendex, ISI Proceeding and other major indexing services.
English is the official language of the conference. We welcome paper submissions. Prospective authors are invited to submit full (and original research) papers (which is NOT submitted or published or under consideration anywhere in other conferences/journal) in electronic (DOC or PDF) format through the Electronic Submission System website or via email icacte@iacsit.org.
